I don't know how to rename on XB1 but on PS4 while on the Save Game popup hit the square button of whatever save you want to rename. The best thing you can do for yourself is rename your last old save file something like "Cheat file" & keep it as a base file for your old work & then use all 9 of the other file slots to save over going forward. Then on the game load screen select create new game & you will have a fresh new game to play that is not blocked out of trophies/achievements.
